On Wednesday, February 14, 2018, Navid Brewster, Esq. of McAllister Garfield, P.C. will be speaking to the recent developments in the cannabis industry in the greater Los Angeles area. The event, which is being put on by the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors (BHGLAAR), expects to cover a wide range of issues that the cannabis industry currently faces in the greater Los Angeles area. The expert panel is expected to discuss the emerging cannabis industry regulations at both the state and local level, the federal government’s role in the industry, and the central role that commercial real estate and zoning ordinances play in this burgeoning industry.
