McAllister Garfield Comments on New CA Cannabis Rules
Friends,
McAllister Garfield submitted the attached comments to the California Bureau of Cannabis Control (BCC), following the publication of the draft permanent rules by BCC several weeks ago. In particular, the draft permanent rules banned white labeling, or the common practice of licensing a brand into California without obtaining a cannabis license in that state. The attached comments address that issue in depth. Please contact us if you have any questions about the California cannabis rules or market.
Sincerely,
Sean T. McAllister, Esq.*
