Kelly Rosenberg Appointed to MED Working Group

Kelly Rosenberg, Senior Attorney at McAllister Garfield, P.C., has been appointed to participate in the Marijuana Enforcement Division’s Legislation Implementation Work Group related to the MED’s rulemaking. The Work Group will focus on rules to implement SB18-187 – Waste Recycling, HB18-1280 – Court Appointees, HB18-1389 – Centralized Distribution, and HB18-1381 – Vertical Integration.
The Work Group will take place at the MED’s offices on Thursday, July 26 from 8:30-12:00. The meeting is open to the public but participation will be largely limited to those on the Work Group.
