McAllister Garfield, P.C. and Bridge West, CPAs are co-hosting a three day educational series in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego regarding the rollout of the full state and local regulation of cannabis in California. The Law Offices of Kimberly R. Simms will also co-sponsor the San Diego event. The events will be on December 4th in San Francisco, December 6th in Los Angeles, and December 8th in San Diego. Topics will include state and local licensing, regulatory issues, tax issues including 280E and the new state tax system, intellectual property law, and corporate start up and merger issues in the cannabis industry in California.
