California Permanent Cannabis Regulations Released: 15 days to comment

Today, the three California cannabis regulatory bodies announced the release of new proposed final regulations. The Bureau of Cannabis Control’s proposed final regulations can be found here. The Department of Public Health’s proposed final regulations can be found here. The Department of Food and Agriculture’s proposed final regulations can be found here.
It is important to note that the release of these proposed regulations initiates the start of a 15-day public comment period. At first glance, the three regulatory bodies have made some substantive changes to the proposed regulations, and McAllister Garfield will provide a full update on the most pertinent changes to each of the proposed regulations in the coming days.
